Proposed Tourist Information/Visitor Center

My brief was to convert a three-story building to such a centre which ‘sells’ St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, its attractions, heritage, and facilities. The proposed plan should allow the town to generate some income from the shop and café area.
